Why Waterlock Goldguard?
Waterlock Goldguard is a micromesh system built around a channeled “T-Design” flow path and a reinforced double-banded front edge to keep the cover rigid while maintaining high intake capacity. The stainless micromesh handles fine debris filtration, while the channel geometry helps keep water captured and moving into the gutter—especially during heavy runoff. Goldguard mounts directly on top of the gutter with front-edge fastening, so there’s no shingle removal or roof contact—helping preserve roof/shingle warranty conditions during installation.
Total Protection
Goldguard is designed to screen out leaves, pine needles, and roof debris/grit while still allowing high-volume intake. The micromesh layer targets smaller debris that would slip through open-perforation guards. Waterlock Goldguard strengthens the gutter system by attaching to the front and back—making it tougher against snow and ice buildup.
Easy Installation & Fits Most Gutter Types
Waterlock Goldguard installs on top of the gutter—you place the section in position, align the front drip edge with the gutter lip, and align the back edge to sit flush with the fascia. Because it mounts from above, installation doesn’t require shingle lifting/removal, which helps preserve roof/shingle warranty conditions. Designed for fast installs in straight runs, Goldguard is intended to fit 5” residential and commercial gutters including K-style and box gutters. Fastening is simple: 3–4 screws along the front edge. This product is not compatible with half round gutters.
